NSC plate (For Alignment film printer)


We have manufactured more than 800 flexo printers for alignment layer formation process for LCD production line.
We supply the new concept printing plate (NSC plate) for small manual printer for development and research and up to G8.6 size for the production to meet customers' needs .

Development concept

Feature

  • 1) Seamless large size plate


    We develop large material with material manufacturer. In addition, we develop mass production technology for seamless large size plate and its plate thickness is uniformity with our large size precision machine manufacturing technology.

    • ①Layout free
      Traditionally, we couldn't align patterns on the seam, but to make large size printing plate with this large size broadside plate, we can lay out freely. Therefore, we can increase significantly total pattern (Theory yield) from one substrate.
      And we don't join two plates, so we can make remarkably-uniform printing plate.
    • ②High printing plate thickness uniformity
      We don't join two plates, so we can get remarkably-uniform plate thickness and dramatically less printing film mura.
    • ③High durability
      Normally, the printing plate is sustained solvent immersion cleaning after use.
      Especially, joint part peels off easily from laminate. However, our seam less NSC plate is high durability to solvent resistance.
  • 2) Direct patterning with laser engraving processing without the mask.


    Directly put CO2 laser beam on large size plate and pattern by ablation.
    It is high speed and available to pattern steadily. Also being able to set the depth direction freely.


    Laser engraving equipment
    • ①High pattern position accuracy
      We can get the mask reflecting unchanged CAD data and supply very high pattern accurate productions with direct drawing without the mask with fine processing technology with laser engraving .
    • ②Quick delivery
      Mask manufacturing process is unnecessary. Besides, plate manufacturing process and laser process is separated.
      For this reason, in case of new plate, we can reduce delivery time, especially.
      We also available to correspond the order for development article and unexpected printing plate and quick delivery.
    • ③Low cost
      Plate process and laser process is different so yield ratio is high and loss-free.
      Additionally, no cost both mask and mask management due to mask-less.
  • 3) Printing plate surface is nondirectional roughened surface finish.


    There is no plate pattern directionality by Nakan Techno's own surface finishing.
    So we don't need to worry interference with Anilox pattern.

    • ①Moire free
      Plate surface is nondirectional roughened surface, so no pattern directionality and moire occur on the Anilox roll surface.
    • ②Superior wetting and printing
      Plate surface is roughened surface, so wetting is very well with polyimide solvent and difficult to be occurred printing film mura.
  • 4) Adopt jointly developed reliable material with material manufacturer.


    Jointly developed with chemical material manufacturer, we have developed the material that fits PI printing process.
    Prove authenticity in invisible part by material supply stabilization and unique development material which is superior durability.

    • ①Adoption of high-purity UV cured resin
      Plate material (UV cured resin) used for traditional printing plate is to be more refined.
      And it is sole-source for us, so material supply is stable.
    • ②Adoption of wide PET film
      Adopt wide high uniformity PET film to make up large size plate with only one sheet.
    • ③Adoption of high NMP resistance adhesive
      Use the adhesive which is resistant to NMP solvent and used for as well as for plate cleaning to laminate PET film.
      It is superior to solvent resistance for the cleaning liquid with seamless specification.
